1. License Grant
PM33 grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Service according to your subscription tier.
2. License Restrictions
You may not:
- Sublicense, sell, or lease the Service
- Remove proprietary notices
- Modify or create derivative works
- Use for competitive analysis
- Exceed subscription limitations
3. Ownership
PM33 retains all rights, title, and interest in the Service, including all intellectual property rights.
4. Feedback
Any feedback you provide becomes the property of PM33 without compensation to you.
5. Termination
This license terminates upon subscription cancellation or Terms violation.
6. Export Compliance
You agree to comply with all export laws and restrictions.
7. U.S. Government Rights
If you are a U.S. Government entity, the Service is "Commercial Computer Software" under FAR 12.212.
